Rush orders (less than 72 hours) are subject to a 50% surcharge.

EACH ENGRAVING ORDER IS DIFFERENT. Just because a job is small or looks simple doesn't mean we can or should do it quickly. We normally have 2 weeks of work in the office. Normally, the next 48 hours are always completely booked, hence the RUSH fee noted above.

Inside of rings in Script or Block (all caps) only, with width ranging from 2.0 mm and 8.0 mm; and a minimum finger size of 4.

Silver plate items are engraved at the customer's risk. We have several ways to lightly engrave silver plate, but there are always imperfections in the manufacturing process that sometimes cause flaking. In an order of 1000 silver plated trays there will usually be 1 or 2 trays that just flake as soon as anhything hits them. Air bubbles, or a lack of good electrical current during the plating process weakens the bond. Higher quality silver plate items rarley have this problem.

Large orders will be scheduled for run during off hours. Please have extras for product testing.

Fragile and thin articles (example: sterling frames, thin crystal) will be engraved at customer's risk.

Jobs with a high degree of difficulty may incur a quoted surcharge.

Payment by cash, check or credit card is appreciated upon delivery unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
